President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has signed the bill establishing the North-Central Development Commission (NCDC) into law.
Senate President Godswill Akpabio announced this during Tuesday’s plenary session.
“I would like to inform my colleagues that Mr. President has assented to the North-Central Development Commission Establishment Bill to facilitate development at the grassroots level,” Akpabio stated.
He further congratulated the people of the North-Central region and expressed hope for increased development and lasting peace as the nation continues its progress in nation-building.
